Phoenix law enforcement arrested Rodrigo Zamora Valenzuela, 29, on suspicion of stabbing two people today, killing one of them, Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to reviews of a stabbing close to 27th Avenue and Jackson Road about midday, according to office spokesperson Sgt. Andy Williams.
